Dr. Scott completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California at Santa Barbara. There, she received a Bachelor’s degree in Developmental Psychology, graduating with distinction. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Chiropractic at Life University in Marietta Georgia and graduated cum laude in 1987.
Post graduate studies have been in physiological therapeutics, sports injuries, x-ray evaluation, and back injury prevention. Dr. Scott has completed a three year post doctorate program in Chiropractic Neurology and is a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist.
Dr Scott also completed a post graduate course in functional medicine and provides nutritional counseling and healthy weight loss for those patients who are interested in taking their health to the next level.
She is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, ACA Council on Neurology, Georgia Chiropractic Association, South Carolina Chiropractic Association, National Board Diplomate of Chiropractic Examiners, and past instructor of the GCA Chiropractic Assistant Program at Perimeter College.
Dr. Scott has been a contributing editor to the Georgia Chiropractic Journal and has been an examiner for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. She is well respected among her colleagues and has an excellent referral relationship with other health care professionals.
Finally in 2011, Dr Jane opened a part time practice in rural Varnville SC, so she could reside near family and grandchildren. Dr Jane has celebrated over 30 years in practice and plans to continue serving the community for many years to come.
